The ABCs of Compassion Resilience

Chronic stress due to COVID, the “great resignation,” natural disasters, and more, combined with the empathy for animals and people, have created the conditions for high levels of burnout and empathic distress (aka compassion fatigue) in animal welfare work.

GoodPup wants to help our valued shelter and rescue partners with our webinar led by Jessica Dolce , MS CCFE, a Certified Compassion Fatigue Educator (full bio below). Participants will learn a number of simple, effective practices that can help them to better care for themselves and their staff, so that they can keep making an impact for animals during this challenging time.
